Best Outdoor Kitchen in Chesapeake VA

I have not actually used this business for any plumbing services but, if the two employees driving one of their vans today on Holland Rd. in VA Beach (that almost rear ended me and then drove by laughing) are any indication of the quality of service they provide, I will never do so.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

I called 15 companies on a Saturday afternoon and Brown is the only one that answered and he was here within 2 hours. For any septic needs we have in the future, they will always be our first call!!

Technician who came (Patrick G.) was a cool dude. Showed up on time, was knowledgeable and tried several things to fix my issue. Although there was no fix for it that was cost worthy for me I was able to get the reason for what was the issue and was able to use his expert evaluation and diagnosis to find out what the problem was.It was 190$ for the hour he was here to do his assessment and would have cost me about 900$ for him to fix it but I went the route of getting the part I needed for 99$ and fixing it myself. He is a valuable technician and had an apprentice with him. Heard him coaching and advising his apprentice and allowing him to go through the process as well. No doubt that he will train him well and you will have another excellent technician.

Reinaldo, Service Technician was professional and familiar with my home. Listened to what took place as the reason for my call. Took care in setting up and cleaning up the work area. Answered my questions in how to prevent in the future. Took initiative in calling a specialist to discuss next steps. I appreciate Reinaldo being honest with me. Definitely will refer Roto Rooter services. Same day service and called when 30 min out. Arrived promptly.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

Needed the inside parts replaced in 3 toilets. Called HouseCall Company and they dispatched 2 very polite technicians who looked at the toilets and then told me they needed to go outside to work up a quote(felt like I was at a car dealership). When they came back in a little while later, they gave me a quote of over $1000. I was in total shock. They tried to explain that they had no control over the quote. When I told them there was no way I would be paying that they then told me I had to pay the dispatch fee. Absolutely ridiculous. If they would have quoted me that price over the phone (which they apparently can't because they do not know what all would be required or more like they need to see what all they can possibly add to the scam) I would not have had them come in the first place. Highly recommend not using this company.

This is the 2nd time I've used Cecilia's Home Repairs, and both times they've been ultra responsive, and performed high quality work at a reasonable price. I've primarily used their plumbing services, but based on the work done, I'd feel comfortable with them handling any repair or install. 5 outta 5 star performers - check em out!

Day before Thanksgiving had a clog in kitchen sink. This company came out at midnight and was here until 230 to have my sink fixed for Thanksgiving.

Wonderful company ~ Fantastic service ~ Friendly and professional service all around. Had my main line pipe cleared over 6 years ago and still flowing! Flawless.
