****update*** I contacted the office per request from ownership to first review and was told management would contact me. That was 2 weeks ago and still no response from office manager***Staff is very professional, however, The technician kept replacing parts and running bill up until he finally had to call another technician to came fix our blower. Final bill, with a supposed 15% discount, was $1500 for a Carrier blower motor and control board. That means total bill would have been $1750. Seems like a heck of a mark up for 2-3 hours labor...

Smith and Keene is not knowledgeable and is all about coming to your home, staying five minutes, adding freon (needed or not) and claiming to have fixed the problem. We actually had to have another company come in and remove freon because they added it when it wasn't needed!!! Beware.

R.A. Styron installed our Trane heat pump almost 12 years ago and it is still running strong thanks to the service that we have received. We especially appreciate the quality service from our most recent technician, Ben. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. John's work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the HVAC Specialists advertising on TV. Call A. B.
