Best Leaking Water Pipes in Chesapeake VA

Stephen was very professional and on time. I had them remove a gas range and replace it with another one. everything was done in a timely manner and price reasonably.

The initial interaction was wonderful. The staff was responsive, friendly and professional. Tanyika was absolutely wonderful in explaining what she was there to do and the process of cleaning up water damage. However, I was told it would be somewhere between 11 and 5 to get the water heater repaired. No updates or contact so by 4:30 I was calling for a status only to be told 30 more minutes. I called several times between 5 and 8:00 and was told someone would be out there shortly. At 8:30 a guy arrives. Looks at the water heater and tells me what he need to do and asks if I need it fixed tonight. After I said yes he said he may need a part and leaves. By 8:45 I called the dispatch to find out if he's coming back. The dispatch calls the guy and then tells me the part stores are closed and he wouldn't be back would I like to be put back in the que for tomorrow.I was livid. My daughters birthday weekend spent waiting 10 hours only to be ignored and no communication as to my status and then told that the best they can do is leave a note, but can be there somewhere between 11&5...again!!!Fortunately the repairman showed at 0900 this morning. He was wonderful and made the repairs in under an hour. If I had a critique it was the lack of communication with the customer concerning calls. 10 hours and I had to make all the calls to find out status all the while making my daughter miss birthday fun.

I called to see about having a toilet replaced and he was out to my home the very next day. Very professional, and did a great job! Will definitely be calling again should I need any plumbing work in the future!

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

Just shows how rude this company is and validates all these awful reviews. An older man physically could not get into his car because of this driver. Definitely would never use this company.
