Horrible experience. The technician that came out was rude and wasn't helpful at all. Was suppose to fix a part that was under warranty and instead looked at the hot water heater and charged a 149.00 fee without doing anythjng. I was honestly a bit hesitant to even let him in, very unprofessional in what he was wearing and the way he conducted himself. I should have went with my gut. I ended up not buying a part and he became very rude. I will never ever recommend this company. With so many better options out there please look around. The technician name was Rich

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

James was punctual, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers who are new to the Newport News area we didn't know who to turn to when we began encountering a few hiccups in our charming old home. My outdoor faucets were both leaking. I had 2 appointments with Richardson - one was for the diagnosis, and the other was for the actual repair. He kept both appointments, called ahead to confirm he was on the way, and showed up on time. It was not a big job, but it was still treated with importance and my time was respected. Great experience!

Extremely pleased with the work done by Ray & Jake (& Amy) to replace the water lines from the street to our condo in VA Beach. They were on time, pleasant and respectful, busted their butts in 95 degree heat, creative in their approach to the job, and completed it early. I'll definitely turn to them for any other plumbing issues we run into, and would recommend them to anyone.

Not only did the person on the phone try to find someone for the 4am time that the incident took place, but called back later when he found the first available person..
