Initially, I was disappointed in the price not the service. The initial fee is $49 to come out which is deducted from service. After checking my shower leak, it was a valve needing replaced which caused the dripping. The quote before checking it was $225 then found out the part I had from Lowes would not work so the guy went to get another part to install. The work started at 1550 ( 3:50 pm) and ended about 1715 ( 5:15 pm) . Most of the time spent was difficulty getting the shower piece off then leaving to go and get the part. Putting the part on took every bit of 15 minutes. I am not sure how much the valve cost but it ended up being an additional $160 totaling cost of service $385. Wow, is all i can say! I'm an honest person and have no problems paying for service but I think this was extreme. This is an added comment just today….because the company did reimburse the additional $160! For that I would do business again because nothing was wrong with the service. Thank you!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the service. My facet outside was not working. I called and the plumber was out the same day. He worked on it for a long time. He could not find the water line. While he was searching he replaced old lines. Still didn't find the line. I called A1 again and he came back out. He suggested to make a new line. I finally have water in my backyard. His dedication and dedication to help me is greatly appreciated.

We called Cecilia’s for a leak in our shower head — Anthony was sent out to repair it. He was punctual, polite & very knowledgable. As a woman, usually male workers just do the job & haven’t cared to explain anything about repairs to me in the past (sad, but true) — instead, Anthony not only explained to me what the problem was, he actually SHOWED me the problem & took apart the shower head! I was beyond impressed & appreciated him sharing this information to me as a homeowner. Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

My experience with House Call Company was great. I had two Leaks in my home that needed to be taken care of. The House Call Company rep. that came out was Bryant Cueto. He showed up in a very professional manor, from his clean uniform to his professionalism of the job he had to do. He was also friendly and very informative as to what he had to do. He actually came out twice and the secound time he was with his co worker Mr. Chester who also ariived in the same manor off cleanliness and professionalism and did and outstanding job. After the work was done they cleaned up and left my home looking just as clean as it was before any work was perfomed. I would highly reccomend this company and those two reps to anyone who needed any plumbing or any other services for their home.
