After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

Mr. Boyd arrived on time for the issue I had with the code E 785 with the waterless tank .He checked it and gave me his opinion what the issue was about the code. I was satisfied with his knowledge and the explanation about the waterless tank. He will check further into this for me to have A1 set up a yearly service maintenance.

They do a great job with excellent results. I recommend them!

Was out of town when a hot water heater, which also produces the heating, went on the fritz at our rental property. Our Home Warranty Company wasn't able to get a plumber dispatched in a timely manner, and with a tenant without hot water AND heat, we just couldn't wait. We called Lanthorn and they were out the very same day, identified the issues, were able to find the rare part and complete the installation the very next day.

Their communication throughout the process was timely, top-notch service, even texting to let us know when they were on the way. Their rates were more than reasonable, and their staff, from the Office Manager to the Technician on-site, were super professional.

I liked how he explained what the problem was and gave me recommendations so that I can avoid having a backup again. He is very honest and reasonable with the price. I called because I was in a crisis. I’d dropped my mothers ring down the shower drain. I was broken hearted because she passed in 2020 and it was really valuable to me! Mark showed up the same day even though he had a full schedule and was able to recover my ring!!!! I am so happy and so thankful! Mr Jim was awesome! I know he got more than he expected on a Sunday afternoon... thinking he could knock out a quick job... Fast forward to having to cut a hole in my wall and fix what someone else had messed up over 13 years ago. He fixed it. (Know any drywall & plaster guys? Lol) Very friendly and patient as I handled my monster dog. She would warm up to him then bark at him again. But he was very nice and clearly cares about doing a good job. Thanks so much!!
