After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

A1 sent David to take care of our sewer line clog. He was here within a few hours of our call and was able to fix the problem in just a short while. David was very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure to cover his shoes before entering and left our bathroom neat and clean and back in working order. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Tidewater Plumbing has saved me so much money on my plumbing and heating issues for the past 20+ years. Mr Martin knows how to fix every problem I have ever had at my house from replacing my heating a/c system to replacing pipes under my bathroom sink to finding a outside water leak. Mr. Martin and his partner Morris are true honest, polite, hardworking, very knowledgeable gentlemen. I would never trust my plumbing and heating issues to anyone else. More people need to have the integrity that Mr. Martin has.

We had such a great experience with this company. We were linked with them through the Home Depot. We had the pleasure of having Tyrone and Rock work with us to replace our old HVAC system. They were very polite and took their time to ensure the work was done right. They explained stuff to us throughout the whole process, and made sure we were ok with any decisions or changes that needed to be made. The sales representative David was amazing as well. He was able to explain things to us and break down pricing and what to expect. I really appreciate this teams hard and efficient work.

Absolute zero for a rating. I have been dealing with these people for 4 years, and have had nothing but problems because of employees that lack the knowledge, skill and motivation to appropriately handle the job. I would have to write pages and pages to detail my experience. I purchased a high efficiency HVAC through them and have had to replace the hall ceiling twice due to leaks, repaint, and go without heat (during cold snaps for days-moving us into a hotel). I could go on and on. The reason I stuck w/them for 4 years? In the beginning, I was very tempted to go with their 365 day buy back guarantee but the owner stepped up, listened to my experiences and reimbursed me what I felt was fair at that point. And if you read the fine print of your warranty, it states only russells can maintain the unit, which is the ONLY reason I have stuck it out for so long (the warranty also excludes the components most likely to fail from being covered.) Just sold the house and a big reason for my selling is everything they have put me through. I've sent the owner additional emails in the last 6 months detailing my latest unpleasant experiences with his employees and he doesn't even respond. I believe total compensation would be more than fair at this point, but I haven't asked for ANYTHING, just wanted the owner to know what was going on in the field, but he doesn't seem to care. Would recommend atomic plumbing to anyone. They sent out a great technician by the name of Ryan. Ryan did an excellent job after hearing the issue and quoting me a very fair (beating the other competition by hundreds) price Ryan went to work immediately and did the best he could to be as little invasive on my home while fixing a slab leak. After finding the exact place the leak was at far away from the location the leak finding people I paid 300 for stated it was at, he fixed quickly and explained the entire way. All I know is because of Ryan I will be using atomic plumbing from now on.

I called Get Lit to get a receptacle installed at my mom's house. The electrician, Ned and his associate did a wonderful job. He was very professional, very pleasant respectful, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the kindness that was shown to my mom and my family. Ned informed me up front what was going to be done and the charges for the work. At the completion of his work, he left the areas where he had worked, clean and very professional looking. This is a very good company to utilize for any electrical services you may need. I would use them again and again for any electrical services that I may need. We had a leak from our hot water heater at midnight. We called the emergency number and Quinn called us right back. He went right to work and it was only a pipe coming from the HWH. Minimal damage, great employee and he took time to talk to my husband about possible residual issues. PLUS..there was an online coupon. Buds will definitely be our go to company for our plumbing/ac/heating needs.
