Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Paid 160 some dollars for annual maintenance service and its been almost a year a no one have even called to schedule for anything. They are suppose to test heating and AC during winter and summer but nothing. Horrible service and i guess good way to earn money by signing people up for annual service. Would never use this company again.

Took 4 days to fix my heat and it's still messed up. In order to cool my house down I have to turn the ac on. Even when the system is off it still blows out heat

As previously stated in other reviews, this company is very unprofessional. They came to do my 12 month warranty and caused more problems. I called multiple times for them to fix the problem and the last response we heard was “we will call you back”. Do not use this company
