York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.
I was in the business works for 20+ years, and this is definitely not how you handle issues.

My son was on deployment when he discovered his home had a broken pipe after viewing his extremely high water bill. Unable to address the emergency himself, and is closest contact lived out of state. Wynne Star Plumbing was contacted and immediately dispatched a plumber to the home to shut off the water main. The workmanship and communication exceeded my expectations. They were so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Get a second/third opinion. Tried to sell my wife on a $12,000 repipe with no photo evidence of damage. Had another company scope my drains and they recommended only replacing the toilet flange for $550 as it was the only damaged portion of our sewer line. I read down through several other 1-star reviews, seems they have a habit of recommending repipes at 12k plus to people only to find out from a separate company it isn't necessary.UPDATE: A1 did reach out twice to investigate the situation and try and resolve the issue. However, I already had another company do the repair, and I didn't need them to return for the same issue for a third time.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

Great customer service and very knowledgable! They were quick to fix our main drain line clog and were laughing and joking with us at the same time! Very friendly! They also made sure to completely clean everything afterwards as if there was never a problem. I highly recommend Don's Plumbing! If we ever have another problem, they'll be hearing from us!

Made three appointments with this company and got stood up all three times. After doing past business with them they still did not care about the inconvenience they put on me and my family. Their excuse was that they were too busy and they could not accommodate me in their schedule. Mind blowing how you could stand a client up three times and still not be willing to help or make an appointment happen. They never called me to tell me they weren't going to show either of the 3 times. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!
