Excellent customer service. I had anew hvac system installed the beginning of January and i was having a problem getting my system to work last night. I called them late last night and they had someone out to my house we i got off today. Found out it was my thermostat that i had supplied when they installed the new hvac unit. They gave me a new thermostat and installed for free. I appreciate the excellent customer service and going above and beyond to take care of problem. They didn't have to but I greatly appreciate it.

I felt compelled to write this review because we’ve had incredible service multiple times, both with plumbing and our HVAC. They stand behind their work and every technician has been very nice and professional and HONEST. We’ve been incredibly happy we found this company and are more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

Great service team. We have their annual servicing contract. They are always punctual, courteous, and highly efficient. We recommend them highly.

Also, we took advantage of their special water heater replacement recently as ours was nearing ten years old. In fact, we have noticed in our condominium project numerous water heater replacements of late due to failure and the inconvenience of that problem versus pro-active replacement through the Smith and Keene special offer.

My ac went out last night, they were able to see me the same day I called, the techs were very helpful and friendly. They explained everything to me before and after. The price was reasonable and one of the cheaper service charges I found. Very happy with the entire experience! Thank you guys!

I had a 30 amp circuit breaker replaced by Cody. He did an awesome job, provided additional education and check the rest of my panel to make sure everything was in working order.

My ac capacitor was out and Hunter came out and fixed it quickly. He explained the whole process, checked for a warranty, and was amazing!
