Best Drain Pipes in Chesapeake VA

After getting the run around by another plumber. Premier plumbing helped us out the same day I called. They're professional and did the work quickly and efficiently. They are everything I could ask for in a plumber. I'd definitely use them again.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I had an emergency unexpected toilet clog and I called A1 and they were the only ones that I could get out on the same day!! When I called the lady who answered was very pleasant and advised me that my window was 10am-1pm. Not only did they come quick but I received my call for him to come around 15 mins after setting my appointment with them. Justin Dix was my plumber and he was great!!! He was quick, efficient, and able to spot the problem asap. He completed the job within an hour! His temperament and demeanor was very personable and professional! Also what I love about A1 was after my appointment was confirmed they texted me a picture of who would be working on my toilet, which I appreciate because I want to know who I am allowing into my home!

Today were some really Good guys very nice and upfront . Cleaned up after themselves. great with after care instruction. And explained I needed to take care of to fix the problem

Came To my house same day. I think we resolved the issue (really quickly too). Need to wait for the water in the tank to flush out to confirm if the problem has been fixed. Will update to 5 stars once I know for sure that my issues have fully been resolved.

Update: less than 12 hours later and no particles or black flecks in my water. Awesome service experience!!! 5 stars

Scott and Bradley completed plumbing repairs in my crawlspace. They were both kind, professional and knowledgeable. Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

Newman's offers wonderful and helpful service. We have needed them and they always find a way to get us into the schedule and be seen on the day we call. The team is nice and they really dig into the issues. It's unfortunate when you have pipes bursts but it's great when you know there is a company you can trust when it happens.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂
