After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

They came for clogged toilet and try to charged me $700 to open, job has been done for $350 with different company. Stay away! They charged $125 service fee for 10 min inspection.

I thought they were very customer focused. I had gotten two other quotes from companies and they were the only one who followed up with me. The installer was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. My only concern was the price, but they were lower than the other quotes I received.

You will not be disappointed with Mr. Richardson of Richardson Plumbing. He is skilled, professional, knows what he is doing and to top it off he is super friendly! He did some plumbing work in a bathroom I am making over and the work looks amazing. I wish I had known about Richardson Plumbing sooner and I would have had better quality work and saved me money.

Inconsistent work.

I called Atomic on Easter morning when finding my water heater was leaking. I spoke with the answering service who contacted a technician who called me back 10 minutes later. After looking up our account, he said that Sean would be there within the hour. Sean arrived promptly and assessed the situation saying another water heater would need to be installed. He then called another serviceman to pick up the heater from the shop while Sean began to drain the tank and prepare for the new heater. Since the newer heater is more energy efficient, the piping needed to be entirely replaced. All throughout the process, Sean let me know what was happening every step of the way. I don't believe I've encountered a more courteous, helpful, friendlier, and nicer service technician than Sean. He made sure to have on shoe covers which was helpful on a rainy day. After he left, I had to perform almost no cleanup which is amazing for a water heater exchange/install. Give this man a raise! Thank you Atomic!

Cecilia Plumbing came to my home in Virginia Beach and moved a set of water supply lines, sink drains, and roughed in a shower, for my bathroom remodel. I have to say these guys were truely professional. There was a miscommunication on the location of a set of shower spray nozzles but they most definitely made it right. Their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while. We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

I have nothing but total praise for Mr Newman and his crew. I had a huge sewer break and they came over and gave me an HONEST estimate. It was repaired in a jiffy. I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.
