York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Two words, total incompetence! Not once, but twice two different technicians left a pile of garbage in my driveway! The general lackadaisically attitude of nearly evey RS Andrew employee I've ever encountered in person is alarming to say the least considering how much heating costs nowadays. Can't count on them to actually know what they are doing/ talking about. 0/10 would not recommend

I had Smith & Keene install my whole house Generac generator. From Larry Miller who took my order and came to look at the situation to Ricky Phelps and his man, sorry I can't remember his name, to Erin in the office it was one of the most pleasurable installation experiences I've had. Installing a whole house generator is not an easy job and it is very complicated from the electrical to the gas. I read many reviews of other companies that were nightmares so you wonder what you are getting. Trust me, you don't have to worry with Smith & Keene! The speed, efficiency, thouroughness, professionalism, and courteousness, it could not have gone any better! I highly recomend them and will look to them in the future for other needs I may have they do. I'd give em a 10 if I could but 5 is the top! And they are the A-Team! You can rest easy you are in good hands with Smith & Keene!

I called Get Lit for an estimate on installing new outlets in an old house. Danny came and quickly and efficiently described the work that was needed and, shortly after he left, I had an estimate. He came a few days later and did the work, finishing in about 2.5 hours. He did a very neat and tidy job, cleaning up any debris left from cutting plaster to add electrical boxes. He was very polite, concerned for our safety and wellness, and even wore shoe covers. A real plus: he was great with my dogs!

My ac capacitor was out and Hunter came out and fixed it quickly. He explained the whole process, checked for a warranty, and was amazing!

My mother purchased a new furnace yesterday and now her water will no longer warm up. I’m assuming they missed a connection when they installed the furnace yesterday. Called before 5pm and that 24/7 they always advertise is a LIE. Disgusting company cashed the check today and customer service out the window. Don’t buy anything from them or have any service!!!

Worst company ever. Only been in my newly built house for 3 years and have had multiple issues with A/C unit, leaks, and now tankless water heater.
