We had our tankless water heater replaced with an electric tank water heater and Kevin an absolutely phenomenal job. He called us multiple times to update us regarding the job progress, and he performed the installation flawlessly. We will absolutely use this business again for future plumbing issues.

Mark and John were fantastic. We began to have a hot water tank problem on a Friday afternoon. Mark worked with us during the weekend to keep our tank burning and then John installed a new tankless system in our home. We are very appreciative.

Can't say enough good things about A1 American! We had a leak and we called the other A1 in error and spent $600 and all we got was a hole in the wall. Once we realized we had called the wrong A1 we got A1 American out there and they resolved the problem in a timely manner. The other company wanted $6000 to tear up the bedroom floor. A1 American discovered that the leak was in fact in the driveway not the bedroom and cost us a fraction of what the other guy quoted. Please do not confuse the other A1 with A1 American!!! Chris E was our technician for the initial diagnosis and follow up repair and he did an awesome job informing us what needed to be done and what he was doing and how long it would take. Living in an old house requires having a good plumber. We found that with Norfolk Plumbing and have used them over the years. This last visit really showed us how grateful we were to have them. We had scheduled a visit to have a leaky toilet fixed and discuss some plumbing upgrades with faucets in our bathtub. Josh and Ridge were our plumbers. After they left we had a pipe leak in the wall. Norfolk Plumbing responded immediately, didn’t charge for the emergency visit and took some money off our faucet improvement. They didn’t have to do that but felt since it happened on their watch it was the fair thing to do. Having a great plumber is like having a good doctor. I would recommend them over any other company.
