I have used them on numerous jobs and they have never failed to provide great service. Shane is our go to guy whenever he is available. Great company + a great tech = AWESOME!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

We had Kyle come out from Michael and sons and give us an estimate of our water leak we had. He explained everything thoroughly, showed us pictures, and told us the proper solution to the problem. He kept all covid protocols in place. He was very flexible with our schedule. When he fixed the problem he showed us before and after pictures and was very thorough throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Michael and sons especially Kyle for any services needed.

I was not satisfied with the work performed. I found out after they were suppose to get a permit but failed to. Not very professional

Patrick was very efficient and patient. My house had dated kitchen sink plumbing and it was difficult to remove. He did not waste his time utilizing all his knowledge and resources to get the job done. He was kind, professional, and saved me money by allowing me to return some parts to the store I bought. I will be using A-1 again to replace a bathroom faucet.

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. I give this company an A+++ for the recent services they provided. I am extremely impressed with 911 Home Repair Specialists due to their prompt response for a quote, fair price, prompt completion of the work as well as the professional completion of the contracted work. In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Rod, Josh, Rodney, and coordinating the work schedule with Katie. My home is 36 years old and has had to have some substantial repairs and updates recently. I still have several projects that require attention; and, I will contact 911 Home Repair Specialists first. I have already recommended their services to a friend who wants to sell her house within the next year and needs to have a variety repairs or updates to get her house ready to sell.

These guys came all the way out to me and did the best they could to diagnose an issue that ended up being septic related. David was super professional and the price of services was reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.

Shower wasn't fully turning off and dishwasher wasn't fully draining. Expertly diagnosed any/all issues and knew just how to fix them. Professional attitude and conduct. Can't recommend this business enough. 10/10.

I don’t doubt the expertise of this business, and would agree with professionalism and punctuality. However, when I called to schedule the appointment I already knew my issue. I had a bad cartridge in my shower, causing water not to come out of the faucet and shower head. I explained this when making the appointment. Technicians came out and confirmed the issue, I was prepared to have them repair it until they provided the quote of $568!!!! I said the part costs $40 and it’s takes 10-15 minutes to replace! I was beyond shocked and disappointed. The price included a $100 trip fee because they didn’t have the cartridge (yet they advertise “fully stocked trucks”). But even at $468, the price was still ridiculous considering the type of repair. If plumbers make $2000 an hour, I need to switch profession. They made $69 for basically confirming what I had already told them...I guess they are still winning.UPDATE 01/17/2020 - the owner responded to my original post, asking me to contact the office to discuss my experience. I contacted them this morning and spoke to Paul. I shared my thoughts on the pricing based on the nature of the repair and he appreciated the input and said they would review their rate sheets. He also offered to refund the $69 service fee, which was much appreciated! The responsiveness and open-minded attitude towards hearing me out really demonstrated their commitment to being respectful business owners, and shows pride in business ownership. They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).
