My hot water pipe burst from the extremely cold temperatures we had! This is my first time using Precision Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, and it will not be my last! Kenneth and Malik were awesome and I received amazing service! They replaced my burst pipe and were very professional! In addition to both of them being very friendly and experts in what they were doing, they made me very comfortable and got the job done quickly!! I also found the price was very reasonable! I expected it to be WAY more than what I was charged! I will recommend Precision to all my family and friends! Thank you, thank you, thank you! It’s so nice to finally have hot water again, since being out of it since Christmas!!

I had a leak from the diverter in my shower. They were going to replace that and my fixtures. Those come in the same kit at Home Depot for 100 to 200 dollars. The first price quote they gave me for this job was $1102.00. When I asked them how they got that price and what the breakdown was they could not answer me. I told them no, so the teck said hold on I am going to call dispatch. Within 5 minutes the price went down to $742.00. when I asked how they went down that much. Their answer was we gave you a 10% discount and charged you for a different service. In 5 minutes they were willing to rip me off for $360.00. That's not someone I want to do business with. How many people have they ripped off that don't know any better or are in a bind and have to fix something right then and there.

I never take the time to do reviews - but was so impressed by the service I received from Norfolk Plumbing that I wanted to share my experience. The excellent communication, customer service, and value is a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend using Norfolk Plumbing to anyone. They came out on a Saturday and did not charge extra. The team (Ruth and Alex) checked on us frequently to provide updates when we were waiting for a part to arrive. When it finally did arrive, they came around 5pm (10 minutes after we contacted them) to install the part and get our hot water heater back up and running. Thank you to this wonderful team!

The guy was really nice but this experience wasn’t the best. They came out as soon as they could and tried to help. But I wasn’t told over the phone that just for coming out I would be charged 260 dollars. A 60 dollar fee for coming and a 190ish fee for “diagnosis” there was no problem. it turned out the beeping was from a loose fire alarm we had in a box. Didn’t actually do any work so a 260 fee makes no sense. 60 dollars does for coming out but 190 for “diagnosis”. I originally had a blank review because I was told they would wave the 5% fee if I left a review. But as I want told on the phone that hey it’s 260 for us to just stop by makes me really upset. Won’t be using again.
