Very prompt, arrived on time, and took care of my issue. However, the tech himself was not very clean. He removed the clog in my drain, but left disgusting black water and goop all over my wall and floor. He also said I may want to replace my piping, but offered no solution for it. It may have just been the plumber, but from this experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.

We have been using Drain Master's for a couple of years now for the 500+ properties that we manage and I must say that they are absolutely hands down the best plumbing company that we have ever used. They are reliable, trustworthy, and provide excellent customer service and product to our clients. On top of all this they are a team of awesome humans! They always go out of their way for our tenants and landlords. I can go on and on about how great they are but I think you can get the point.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

I've been using Planet Plumbing for several years. They're the best in my experience. Polite, on time, and fair pricing. They always get the problem fixed, and in a timely manner.

Eric came out to check out my leaky garbage disposal and was very kind and professional and upfront about the replacement of it. Josh came out two days later and did the work and was really pleasant to chat with while he did the work. I hope I don't need a plumber in the near future, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

They showed up on time and found what was causing the ceiling moisture. They did a temporary fix to the bathtub and explained what needed to be repaired.

We called after 3pm on the eve of a tropical storm, as in the prep for the storm, our front tap blew off the house gushing water everywhere. Going through a storm with no fresh water would have been a bit tough. I did a quick google search and Norfolk plumbing came up so i gave them a call. The lady was real nice on the phone and Steven was at our house in less than 30 mins. He quickly fixed the issue and was incredibly polite considering he was originally on his way home when he got the call to come fix our issue. Thanks for the help and we will use you in the future.

Jim was a great and the best plumer we ever had,, we had issue on our drainage all the time, but then jim do everything he can to solve our long time problem,, i highly recommend himto everyone if you have any pluming issue, and he work fast and clean..

I called A-1 this morning to check on prices for a minor repair. Our puppy chewed up the power cord to the AC unit. We just needed that wire replaced. They told me $78 to evaluate and we would get a quote from there. I called and compared it with another company or two. After that I called them back and scheduled my repair for today. Me and my wife could NOT do another night roasting like last night. The technician, Jake B., came out quickly evaluated the problem (power cord needed replaced) told me what he was going to do and the cost. A bit higher than I thought it would be but reasonable. I told him to go ahead with the repairs. He not only did the repairs, but did some minor touch ups (i.e. bundling cords and taking preventive measures against puppies and wild weed whackers) as well. It was obvious he took pride in his work and the company he works for.
I will have NO hesitation in recommending this company and technician to my friends and family. I will also have no hesitation in calling them for any future work that I may need.

My name is Jerald Edwards if I could give Lindsey brothers negative stars I would. First off they have very poor communication I’ve been calling all week about my heater that they’re supposed to be fixing and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back. I have a family with small children that live in my rental property that has been without heat for almost two weeks. They were supposed to have been done last Thursday but they haven’t done anything yet. Just very unprofessional. One guy just popped up by the house unexpectedly with no call to let the tenant know he was coming. His response was “ I was just in the neighborhood “. If you’re looking for a reliable company do not use Lindsey brothers.
