I've been using Planet Plumbing for several years. They're the best in my experience. Polite, on time, and fair pricing. They always get the problem fixed, and in a timely manner.

woke up to a real mess on Sunday morning.....Plant Plumming came within the hour, fixed the sewer line and did a wonderful job.....technician was very nice and efficient...couldn't ask for better service.

TLDR: Rude & never showed up. Guy on the phone sounded disgruntled at life in general and was pretty rude, so I had a hunch when I originally called to make an appointment that these folks were going to be a problem. Against my better judgment, I made the appointment anyways because a friend had recommended them. Sure enough, they never even showed up. I even called to confirm the day before. I took off work to be home during the morning time block they specified so they didn't just waste my time, they wasted one of my sick days. If you can't even trust these jokers to show up when they say they will, how can you trust them to do decent work? I hope this review saves someone else a headache.

These guys do a GREAT job! They are reasonably priced and always been professional and timely in my experiences with them.

Tonight me and my three kids are at a hotel room because the owner jack I suppose couldn’t wait ten minutes for me to get fast food for my kids because he turned all my water off and left for two hours to get parts which I had no issue with aside from the fact that we can’t cook, poop, or wash our hands. So as I’m leaving to go right at the corner to get food for my kids from McDonald’s he pulls up and I told him I would be right back and I even called his cell and said it would take ten minutes tops. He then yelled saying he wasn’t waiting I was rude etc? Rude how when I’ve been waiting over two hours with a headache and low sugar and hungry kids because I can’t prepare dinner with no water and I didn’t know when he would return because he ignored my text. I was gonna turn around but he left I thought he would be able to understand I could see if I was going to be long and it wasn’t for food. I waited all afternoon for this man to come to my place from 1pm until 3:00 and then another two hours for him to find parts. All I did was call the rent office asking was there a way for me to turn the water back on they said no so I waited another hour and I decided to make a quick run because I wasn’t sure how long he would be so as I’m pulling off I see him and notify him not wanting to force him to turn the water back on and hold him up from working I decide to make a fast food run for the kids. There was no telling how long it would take to fix the plumbing issue. This man has the absolute most horrible customer service I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but it left me in tears not to mention my land lord was a total evil witch about it and I pay my rent faithfully never been late. This was a horrible experience. I am now at a hotel with my three kids because he refused to come back and turn the water on. He just left I even apologized but he was so cold hearted he didn’t care or reply to the text. My husband is still at work while all this is taking place we have no water to bathe brush our teeth or anything not even cold water. So I had no choice but to spend money I don’t have for a room, last time I checked leaving someone without water is illegal. I’d like to also note when he came to my home I asked him was the temperature ok would he like a water etc and he would turn around and treat me this way. God has the last say

I gave them 2 stars for showing up. Had a kitchen faucet that was broken and needed to know if it needed to be replaced or could be replaced. He informed me I needed a new faucet and charged me $168.00 and went on his way. Ludicrous!

I’ve used Planet Plumbing twice in the last two years and each time, I’ve been very pleased with the service. Jack does a great job of handling appointments and dispatching his team quickly. The plumbers are friendly and professional. The rates are reasonable. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I am a property manager and have been working with Jack, the owner of Planet Plumbing for almost 2 years. He is very quick to take care of our tenants and he even suggests more efficient ways to handle a job, which my owners really love. He has been a great plumber to work with and he has great communication. It's very hard to find a good, QUALITY contractors and I consider Jack and his team at Planet Plumbing to be the best.

I have know Jack and his wife for years. Jack's work ethic is top notch. His people are polite, right to the point and do the job right the first time. He and his people do not overcharge. They come when they say they will come. The do not do things, just to charge you money. I have always and will always give Jack a GREAT recommendation and refer him to everyone I know. I have been doing it for years and will continue to do so. Thank Jack for a great job as usual.

If you need any plumbing done these are the guys to go with. Jack and his guys were knowledgeable, honest, efficient and the work they did was top notch. Glad I found them and will be sticking with them for future plumbing.

The real estate company I rent from send these men out to fix various issues. Jacuzzis, toilets,etc. Very quick and pleasant service every time. If they have to order parts I normally have to only wait a day or 2 and they are back. I have not had any problems with anything they have fixed and even though my Jacuzzi is kind of old they still managed to get a hold of the correct parts. Awesome service

Planet plumbing responded quickly to a main sewer line blockage. They were professional, experienced and flushed the system in less than 15 minutes. Also cleared the tub drain. In and out in less than an hour and price very reasonable! Extremely pleased with the company and the end result. Will definitely call on them in the future.

I called Jack at PLANET PLUMBING on a Monday after our water heater stopped working on Sunday. He had his guys at our home that day. They did their best to get it to relight, to no avail. Parts had to be ordered from Home Depot under warranty. They were overnighted to me, and when I called Jack, he got his guys back out. Turns out, this model year of GE gas water heater gas water heater has a lockout mechanism that Jack knew about and after the parts were replaced, he made the necessary adjustment to make the unit work again. Kudos to PLANET PLUMBING for their diligence to making this unit work again. We will continue to utilize them, whenever the need arises. Thanks Jack, Rob, and Josh.

First time dealing with them - they completed a dishwasher install that someone else wasn't able to complete. I believe the fee was very fair.

Also, Robert and Jack (son) were very professional and helpful!

I will definitely use them again.
