I was nervous about getting a plumber. I called them because they have great reviews. Glad I did. JB was quick and knowledgeable and made the experience stress free. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Even though they could not get the camera in because of how small the pipe area is, they recommended we try other plumber's and at no charge. He made some suggestions on probably what it might be.

I had a huge scare yesterday with water leaking from my second floor bathroom to the ceiling in my downstairs living room. Needless to say I was freaking out. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come out the very next day. Mr. Terrence (tech #8149) came out to provide services and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and up front about his plan and the potential range in cost of the various repairs. He walked me through what he was doing, what I was looking at, and even spoke with my husband about concerns over the phone. Thankfully my issue was minor and in no time my repair was done. I had confidence that no further damage was being done. I will defined be recommending Roto-Rooter and requesting Mr. Terrence for my friends and family.

Of note was the way in which Mr. Bertolino mentored his worker to ensure he knew the why steps were done was evidence of patience and pride in the work. 11-5-19 UPDATE! STILL AWESOME PLUMBER! Google won't let me write a second review for a new service call so I'm adding to the first review. Our kitchen faucet developed a slow leak. During inspection we also found that the disposal was leaking and we hadn't noticed the water damage to the MDF bottom of cupboard. Called Mr. Bertolino and he provided guidance for replacement faucets (e.g. which brands require least repairs/last longest, which features are gimicky, etc.) and was fortunately able to get us into his schedule quickly. Upon arrival he identified two broken isolation valves and offered advice on re-routing lines for less obstruction. Provided the same awesome tutelage to his son (who rightfully knows his stuff anyway but the obvious camaraderie was good to see) and they had all the necessary pieces/parts on their truck (no going back to the store). Great guy, very experienced, trustworthy with your family and in your home, very fair pricing. This is who you call or recommend to others.

At 11pm at night my husband hammered a nail into a water pipe. We called several places.The next morning we got a call asking if we still needed assistance. We were able to set up an appointment between 7a-10am.Mike called us when he was 10 min away.He was so friendly and and fixed the problem right away.It didnt even break the bank and he recommended someone to come out and fix the dry wall .My husband and I were so impressed.Thank u so much!! We will always recommend.

Rude and unprofessional. Showed up outside of the scheduled appointment time and acted annoyed with me that I wasn't prepared for the appointment. Spoke to me in an extremely condescending and disrespectful manner. Service was a part of our 12 month home warranty, however I will absolutely not hire this company for any future work.
