We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! The plumber, Zane Albrecht was efficient in preparing 5 quotes for me for the work that I needed done. He also did a stellar job removing and reinstalling a toilet that had a small leak. He was very gracious as I watched over him and asked many questions. I had done plumbing in my teen years and had a good grasp on what needed to be done, but his experience, and practice, was clearly very good. As I learned more from his answers, I convinced myself that calling him was a much better decision than doing it myself.

They show up when they say they will and always do a great job. They even fixed an issue in our house when we’re on vacation in July!

I called homeservusa when all the drains in my house began to back up for a second time in a 3 month period. They told me a tech would be out the next day at 1. David showed up at 11am. David has a lot of knowledge, was professional, informative, and showed me a lot of hospitality. He ran a 175 ft rooter down my sewer drain and used a bladder to wash the pipe down. David really did his due diligence and spent the time to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone. Richardson Plumbing is top notch.

Great guys, very friendly and knowledgeable. Figured out where the problem was within minutes of looking at the situation. Experience in the field was defiantly the key, and they have it.

I called Atomic due to a burst pipe. Was able to fix the burst pipe, but discovered a leaking toilet underneath the crawl space. The rep who came out was very unprofessional and scolded me for not letting them know it was no longer an emergency, even though I had already let dispatch know earlier when they called to confirm. Let them know a family member helped with the emergency, but that I had a leaking toilet. His response was if they were so handy fixing the pipe, have them fix the toilet. After jiggling the toilet with his knee for 5 seconds, they then brought me a quote to fix the toilet starting out at $370 with potentially being as expensive as $1,387 if more work was needed. For less than $10 from supply house, a youtube video, and 35 minutes of work, was able to fix the leak with a new wax seal. Paid $95 for them just to come out and be rude and condescending and then try to completely overcharge. It takes really poor customer service for me to write a negative review, but safe to say will not be using them again and will warn others. Do your research, don't get ripped off, and use another company with more integrity and professionalism!
