I would like to say the service my mom and I received from Kelvin Edmond was very professional. He came to the house, found the issue and gave his estimate. There are times when a repairman will give you one estimate and before the job is done you have several. I really respect his professionalism at the start of the job to the end. We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Justin is unlike any other plumber I’ve ever met. Not that others aren’t any good — Justin just happens to be leaps and bounds better.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, which is the most important thing to me due to the investment in our house, and the safety & longevity of what he did for us. On top of that, he’s always on time.

With all the work he did for us, he’s a welcome member of the family, to include my daughter and dog. He’s polite, courteous, and very hardworking.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Install of new sink, faucet & garage disposal by the plumbing tech Gage. He is FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, EXPERIENCED & KNOWLEDGEABLE. Due to me being mislead by the contractor for my kitchen cabinets the size of my kitchen sink 36”L x 10” D did actually matter. Gage however was able to get everything hooked up & working. I am thrilled to finally have it installed & working properly. THANK YOU GAGE!!!

Brandon came out to check why my shower was clogging. Instead of snaking it or checking the pipes he just ran the water for 20 minutes and said nothing we can do, you just have an old house. And then quoted me almost $5,000 to replace all the pipes under my house. After that I still had to pay the $200 service fee. Waste of time and money, went to Michael and Sons for a second opinion and they were able to fix my issue same day. Don't waste your time with A-1. Their quality has gone down significantly.Edit as of 9/11- Candice from A1 reached out and was able to refund me the cost for the service fee which is appreciated and starts rebuilding the trust that was lost.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

He stands by his customers. I called him this morning (Sunday morning, April 17, 2016) because both toilets in my home were blocked. He came out within hours and fixed the problem.
