After my water heater stopped working one morning, I called Premier Plumbing because I remembered using them in the past. The technicians showed up looked at the hot water heater for a few minutes and said I needed a new one. I said ok and prepared for the worst. The technician went out to his truck to draw up a quote. My best guess estimate, after looking at pricing was around $1,100 or so. The technician returned with a quote of $2,250. I respectfully declined and ended up paying $180 for them to simply look at it and give a quote. I proceeded to Lowe’s and found a suitable hot water heater with similar specifications and talked to the Lowe’s installation team and received a unit/installation quote for $1,278 before discount. After discount $1,237. $1,237 compared to $2,250 for essentially the same thing is easy for even a dummy like me to decide. Don’t even call them. Check with Lowe’s or Home Depot first and you will save yourself $180.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

Best HVAC related experience ever. Scheduled everything online. Tech was great. Pricing completely reasonable. This will be the company I use for any future issues.

These guys rocked. Before I called them I had a nationally known company come out first and they not only did not fix the problem but also broke one of the pipes in the house. All Day Plumbing then came out and did a good job trouble shooting and determining where the problem was, then fixing. The plumber was very proficient. Also WAY cheaper and competent than the national brand guys. Great work

The technician Jason Coleman showed up earlier than expected which I was thrilled about! He was personable and professional. He identified the problem and expertly, efficiently and quickly rectified it. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

Danny Todorovi is a polite, professional, customer-service-first person with Get Lit Electrical. He is a top-notch electrician that we've hired (by-name) three times. Should be ZERO STARS. Left a message for a quote 10 days ago, NO reply NO call... nothing. Must be nice not to need business. I wanted to support a local business, next time I will try elsewhere. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE GUYS.

Had a new Rheem water heater installed. Was planning for a tankless system, but the technician showed us why that was impractical for the way this house was designed. Work was done by Jeremy Shacklette. He was knowledgeable, courteous, provided good advice and did what he said he would, when he said he would do it. Can't ask for more.

Mike and Will were two professionals who replaced and installed a new water heater. Throughout the service, both of them were courteous, respectful, and well spoken. If I need work done that I cannot do myself, I would reach out to Norfolk Plumbing and these folks, specifically.
