Best Pipe Repair in Chesapeake VA

I was referred to Mr.Rashad by a Facebook friend because I have a clog in my drain. So I immediately contacted him to see if I could get an appointment and he responded in timely manner. Upon his arrival he took a look at my issue and realized what the problem was. After talking for a few I told him I did have a home warranty but I knew they couldn't get out that day so that's why I contacted him. Instead of him just taking my money and running he told me exactly what was best and to go with my home warranty because it would save me a lot of money. When he said that I knew then he was a honest man and him and his business will go far in life. Even though I never received a service I'll definitely be referring him to anyone I know looking for plumbing services because I know they won't be taken advantage of. Thank you Mr.Rashad for being a good person.

I needed a gas regulator replacement on my meter and this company gave me one quote for $900 the first time then came back a day later and gave me a quote for $1700! I asked them if they could explain the charges or send me an itemization of what was being performed. I knew the part on the high end was about $200, but the labor alone was $1100! This job is quick as I removed the previous one in under 45 mins. I asked why so expensive and the receptionist said it is what it is. I reported this company to the BBB and went with a local competitor who charged me under $800 for thebwhole job. This company is not good and with their attitude and unprofessionalism when I asked questions about the quote was offputting. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Darryl Schneider listened to my concerns, then proceeded with repairs and without shooing me away. It's nice to feel validated! He finished the work, then sat down and talked through everything with me. I'm very excited about our maintenance agreement and feeling confident with their level of expertise. After dealing with a plumbing service that overcharged us for a part and then quoted 2 hours for the follow up service with astronomical prices, Discount Plumbing Co. really came through for us. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I highly recommend this company. 5 Stars all around!!!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

On Saturday my husband and I tried to fix our tub faucet from leaking. Well we ended up making matters worse. We called Don at 4:30 pm and he was at our place at 5:00pm. He couldn't fix our problem until Monday, but he told us what to do to solve the problem until Monday, which we greatly appreciated because we didn't know what to do. On Monday he showed up at 4 pm, which was the time I gave him. Don and his sidekick Shawn did such an awesome job!! They even replaced my toilet in the bathroom while they were here. They were friendly and very easy to talk to. Any question I asked they answered with no problems. We laughed and joked and they even befriended my dogs that literally barked at them until the last hour of their services. I highly recommend this business! I'm going to have them come back in a couple of months to replace my dishwasher because they did such an amazing job. I will always support small local businesses because they don't over charge you and they take their time to do things the right way! Don' s Plumbing exceeded my expectations! Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!
