I had Mr. STEPHEN, he came out earlier than expected and was met with a mess that my kids left. Not only did he fix the bathroom but he cleaned it better than what he found it. During the maintenance 17 rolls of toilet paper were destroyed and in the midst of yet again another to shortage he went out of his way to replace every single one. Very Respectful customer service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Ask for Stephen.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I have used A1 Sewer & Drain twice and both time I have been very pleased with quality of work provided. Th last time was April 19, 2022. The A1 Sewer & Drain service technician was courteous and respectful and presented a very friendly approach for his work. The work performed was completed within a reasonable, timely fashion. The price quoted was reasonable and fair and the service technician did not attempt to add on extra time. In general, I was very pleased with A1 Sewer & Drain and I will be using the company again in the near future.

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. Josh was great and got the job done quickly and professionally. Well done all!

Fast service! Technician fixed our problem and spent considerable time educating us on how to prevent future problems. One of the friendliest guys I’ve ever met, I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need plumbing work again.

We noticed an accumulation of water near our entrance sidewalk. After I turned off the sprinkler system valve, the leak continued and was between the water meter and the house. I have the Home Serve repair service offered by Dominion Energy for such issues. HS contacted Mr.Rooter Plumbing, and they sent Plumber Jeremy Shacklette to check it out the next day. He determined it was likely a water service line leak and had American Leak Detection determine the exact location. Jeremy then thoroughly explained our repair options, after discussing them with Caitlin at Mr. Rooter, who in turn was familiar with HomeServe coverage. Jeremy's experience and cogent recommendations resulted in our decision to opt for a replacement line vs a section repair, since the old line was brittle CPVC installed in 2003. I am SO GLAD he did so, since a second leak/break was later found.
Kevin was the plumber assigned the replacement job (along with trainee Matthew), which involved replacing the old 3/4 CPVC with newer PEX 1 line to meet current code. Mr. Rooter plumbing was able to pull a new line instead of a full excavation job. This meant running a steel cable through the old pipe, then pulling the new line through, using a wedge device (pic). Bottom line, it did not damage the lawn at all.
I could not be more pleased with the work done by Jeremy, Kevin, and the rest of Mr. Rooter Plumbing, including Caitlin at the main office, who was our advocate with HomeServe to get us maximum coverage. They were prompt, professional, and took time to explain what was being done. I will most definitely contact them FIRST the next time I need a plumber!!!

Had a broken main water inlet valve and Mr. Richardson was able to help me get it back up and connected so that I had water to the house over the weekend, and followed up with me to schedule a fix first thing on Monday. Will def contact again for any plumbing-related work in the future.

As a local business owner, I appreciate great customer service! I called around 8am and the receptionist was very pleasant. By 1230pm, the technicians arrived. (I even received a call around 1045am from the office letting me know that all of their technicians were still on other jobs, but I would be getting a call back soon.) James and Scott were very professional and easy to talk to. James is very knowledgable and seems like a valuable asset to the company. Scott was eager to learn. They both spoke very highly of the company and they took pride in their work. Scott even went above and beyond and cleaned out my shower from it overflowing the night before!! I would HIGHLY recommend Atomic! Job well done, guys!

Very friendly and priced well. I highly recommend Tony & Sons Plumbing. We had a water spot and an occasional drip coming from upstairs bathroom to our dining room. Luckily our pipe wasn't leaking and he told us how to solve our problem saved us a fortune compared to what another company quoted just to come out and look!

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
