I can tell that these guys have a lot of experiences. I have been fighting with toilet room Sewer smell for a couple of weeks now and have replaced the toilet seal twice and did everything I can do. But the smell is still there. I called this company and would like them to come to check it. One gentleman answered the phone. After I told him the problem and what I have done, he told me to check the vent line at the ceiling or the area to check if there is any dead animal. I told him that I checked before. But he asked me to check it carefully again. He told me that my toilet should be alright. So I checked it carefully again. It turned out that I found a dead squirrel. I can tell this company has decent, experienced people. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Jason was excellent, thorough and extremely helpful. I could not be happier with his work. Lets not forget about Jackie and her exactness and attention to detail either, she actually got me service much faster than expected. When I have plumbing issues again, and I'm certain I will, MD will be my first call.

Chris came out at 8 pm to discuss our water main leak. Gave a competitive bid. Returned the next morning to replace the water main. I would highly recommend Helms plumbing.
