Sewer line blockage. The first plumbing company I consulted told me I had to remove a huge tree and then they could replace the sewer line. $$$$$.Wanting a second opinion I called Roto-Rooter. A plumber was here shortly there after and with a camera was able to locate the problem under the foundation not the tree. By noon the next day all work was completed. This is my second time using them. And they were great each time. Arrived on time, got the job done and left within the estimated time frame. The only problem has nothing to do with them (my shower diverter is an unknown brand). So I will have them here some time next year to cut my bathroom wall and replace the diverter mechanism. Oh, also the plumber left my bathroom in a nice neat order. Not all contractors do that unfortunately.

Employees are bigots..calling people names in traffic..Truck #8 is very offensive..i called company and was told I'd get a call back and never did.I did get a call back and was satisfied that the situation was addressed
