Best Water Heater Solution in Charlotte NC

I was having an issue with the drain on my tub and also that was affecting one of the toilets nearby. I called AAA City Plumbing and they had someone at my house within the hour. Ted Stewart was the plumber on site and he was amazing. He took his time to explain options and answer any questions I had. He ended up having to go under the house through a tiny crawl space to snake out the clog. Ted could not have done a better job. He was very thorough and professional. I would definitely hire these guys again for any future plumbing needs.

Reggie is the best. He was on time and solved my problem real fast and was very friendly.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. I had an emergency on a Sunday and my regular plumber said it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me. Then I started calling around and someone recommended King Plumbing. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!
