The team from Queen City were responsive, professional and did excellent work. The job, installing a thankless hot water heater, was EXPENSIVE though. The total cost, after tax to install the $1700 unit was just shy of $8000. It took 3 men 6 hours to complete the job. $1000/hr, or $333/hr per man. Quality work, but worth it? I don't know, but shoddy work would be disastrous, so one pays what the market demands.Despite the cost, the resulting system is a tremendous improvement over our old tank system, and the pros (a special call out to Vinton Moore, a real pro and a gentleman too) at Queen City did top notch work. After the job was done, I got down in the crawlspace to inspect all aspects: the electrical wiring was clean and tidy; the newly installed gas line was likewise well routed and cleanly terminated; the venting of the unit was just about as tight and clean as one could imagine; the condensation drain line was neatly routed through the brick exterior of our house. The only nit about the work was a drywall penetration into the crawlspace that really should have been sealed by the team. I sealed it myself with $0.25 of foam sealant in about 30 seconds, so no great foul there.All in all a good experience, but an expensive one.

Plumbing issues can be a very traumatic experience and Charlotte Plumbing Masters and Kyle the plumber that responded to my leak issue made it a better experience. They responded quickly and took the time to investigate all key aspects of the plumbing infrastructure to ensure that not only the leak issue was resolved but all potential issues were identified so they could be resolved before causing an issue. Their work included coordinating the home warranty approvals through necessary inspections to insure that all aspects were successfully complete in a timely manner. We are now confident in the house plumbing and ready to move in our original schedule!

I have been living at my home in Charlotte for 5 years. I had an issue with my drainage pipes where it got clogged because of a misplaced flapper. A friend of mine, Ray, that used to work at Morris-Jenkins told me to call. I called them up and they came around 8:00 am. They started to work and after they recognized the issue, they told me they were going to send a service team later on to resolve it. Will McCray and Jarrod Carpenter arrived and assisted my issue and I have nothing to say but great things about them. They were clear and concise about what was happening and they were some of the most honest people I’ve met. They were very authentic and helped me with my problem. They left everything as it was and were very clean and fast. I really appreciate the great job Will and Jarrod did for me. The quality work that I received from them was exceptional and unmatched.
