We needed to have our buried corrugated drains from our downspouts cleared and we contacted Rapid-Rooter because our regular plumber recommended them. I spoke with them several times on the phone to discuss our issue and I really felt like they cared about providing the right solution. TJ and John were our service technicians. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly assessed how to address our slow/blocked drains. They completed the work within an hour and we now have free-flowing downspout drains!! Thank you to the entire Rapid-Rooter Team! We highly recommend them.

Called Roto-Rooter to service a broken toilet in the master bedroom. They quickly responded, but I had to reschedule. Again, they were more than willing to accommodate my schedule. When Ronnie Suggs got here, he was very professional and quickly fixed the toilet. It was great. He was great. The service was wonderful. I will call on them again for any service I need.

They returned my call immediately and were able to come out that same afternoon. I had my problem fixed in an hour. I was very impressed with the quality and speed of the service.

The service was great. I installed a new utility sink and cabinet in my laundry room. The existing pipe was to short and leaking. The repairman diagnosed the issue, provided a quote and then completed the work.

He secured the drain, measured then cut a new longer pipe and then installed it. He also secured the faucet.

The leak is gone and the sink and faucet are working as expected.

I would definitely recommend ROTO-Rooter plumbing and water clean up. I called them, explained my issue and they had someone out within an hour. The estimate was fair and the repair guy was very professional.

I would definitely call them again.

I had another company come and charge me $2500 to dig a big hole in my yard and mess up every fixture in my house. Daniel came out and was upfront, honest and on time. They got the issue fixed and didn’t charge me half the cost of my house. I will be using them from here on out for any and all plumbing needs

I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. For those out there reading these reviews Rose Plumbing was not only polite and understanding of the situation but responded immediately to help me out in a timely fashion. Julio the service man was courteous , on time , and efficient. He brought along a trainee , AJ, and they both were quick and proficient. We were talking while they performed their duties and before you knew it the tasks were complete. The service was great although it was a little on the expensive side. I would do it again because of their professionalism and proficiency.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

Great price, excellent work, timely response. They worked with me to get this fixed as soon as possible so I wouldn't have to deal with water issues. I needed an estimate first so they were kind enough to call me back and ask for pictures so they could give me an over the phone estimate. It was fixed much sooner than if I had set up two separate appointments. Wonderful!!!
