Best Washing Machine in Charlotte NC

Had a tricky issue in shower and other companies tried to make me spend more than what was necessary. The interaction I had with the plumbers was amazing. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done at a great price.

If you have a plugged drain...call Rapid-Rooter. Our kids bathroom sink was stopped up for weeks and after calling in 3 plumbers to unclog, and a home warranty company that would not fix the problem, we called Rapid-Rooter. The guy they sent out (sorry I cant remember his name), was friendly, and willing to help us. He went into the attic, on a 100 degree day, so it was about 120-130 degrees in the attic, and was able to cut the pipe and unclog a huge clump of hair. He never complained once and the bill was reasonable for the work done. I will call them for any plumbing issues.

Great company to do business with. The team is always punctual and knowledgable on plumbing issues. We moved into a new house in Georgetown and needed the clothes washing machine faucets replaced. January 2023Zach Mortem was our technician today. Highly recommend! ! He explained about our warranty and ways to improve the life of the unit. He cleaned it all up...including an incident with a crispy-critter! He was personable and answered all of our questions with clarity and kindness.December 2022Andrew O was fabulous! On time and explained everything to us. Fixed the issue and we are very pleased with the service.

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

Scott and Eric were ahead of schedule this morning and took care of our water main break quickly. Replaced and repaired what needed to be done to ensure no further issues. I will use Riverview for all future needs and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.
