Best Washing Machine in Charlotte NC

Queen City Plumbing needs to check their ethics and standard practices based on my experience with them. I had a friendly technician come out, but upon his arrival, he informed me that there was a minimum of $550 charge to work with a natural gas line, when all I was asking for was a connection of a gas grill to gas line line that was already installed and ready for connection. The fact that they did not communicate this minimum charge when I scheduled the appointment is poor practice…. I immediately called the company and spoke to a manager, who tried to tell me the cost of the job was in fact $550, however, he had no idea of what the job entailed. I sent pictures and after seeing the photos he said he would investigate why the “quote” was so high because he then realized something was wrong, but he assured me there was no minimum charge and that the technician had communicated incorrectly. I followed back up with the technician who told me that he in fact had been instructed not to do the job for any less than $550, even though he thinks the charge should be much much less… the manager finally came back to me with a shady explanation as to why the connection would in fact cost $550, which was simply a CYA explanation… bottom line, this company doesn’t appear to operate with much ethics and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a bathroom leak that was overflowing into my garage. 2 Roto Rooter technicians came out to access the issue, one from the Water Restoration dept & the other from the Plumbing dep . Both were extremely friendly, very detailed & patient to ensure I understood exactly what was or wasn't required The next morning, the Plumbing tech, Andre's #3585 & his partner Jaime did an excellent job, very professional and respectful. Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with our hot water heater and contacted our home warranty company. Fortunately, Charlotte Plumbing Masters were sent to our home! It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! He is considerate, respectful and takes pride in his work. He even won our dog's love! I also have to give a shout out to Carol - she was amazing as well. So considerate and went above and beyond to help us deal with certain issues with our warranty company. Her customer service was wonderful. It was refreshing to deal with such a class-act company! I highly recommend calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters for all of your plumbing needs!

They were so late the first two days that I had to cancel. It was waaaaaay to expensive for how much work was done.

Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.

I would highly recommend Rose Plumbing to anyone searching for plumbing services. Chris was able to quickly diagnose and fix my project for a very fair price. He was a class act and I will hire him again if and when I have any additional plumbing needs.

Really enjoyed working with Keith! He was courteous and was very helpful with solutions to a decades-long problem. I also appreciated that Morris Jenkins has people that can come out in the evenings.
