We have the tallest toilet you can buy. It was spinning and rocking as the original installers used all plastic pieces and nylon bolts and nuts. Eric came out and solved it all with all metal flanges and bolts & nuts. We feel safe again. Highly recommend them!

They notified me that they could come out a day earlier and sent another message when the technician was on there way.
