Best Tubs Bathroom in Charlotte NC

Was 2 hours late. Had to pay service (after I wasn't suppose too) technician didn't care about what he was doing. Sent 3 different invoices. (Never received the correct one) Staff was very inadequate. Never got a follow up from upper management. Then blamed me for miscommunication. I had one of the most Worst experience I could of had. I wished I had never went thru Homeadvisor. Next step is the BBB.Update: I needed the correct invoice 6 days ago. This was for the sale of a home. Which was told at the beginning and thru and at the end of my conversation with your staff. I have had to go rounds with the realtor for 3 days trying to explain what your company didn't do. You dont buy tickets to go somewhere that day, and recieve them 6 days later. Then conveniently your notes are saying you fixed the issue. I'm so very disappointed and will never call or recommend your company.Plus, I never was told till 15 mins ago after I wrote this review that you were sending any refund.How convenient... where is the $ 5 for every minute your late ( up to $300 ) at?

Very quick to set up an appointment and have someone come out. Helpful and got the problem resolved

I called for the first time . They came a couple hours later . Very reasonable . Good guys will use them again .and Kevin came to my rental unit. I leave in New York and he took care of my place in North Carolina. Great guy!!!!

We have used M.D. Plumbing twice for drain cleaning and could not be happier with the service provided by Jason. If I had learned my lesson the first time, I would not have needed to call M.D. the second time, but rest assured I will be less reliant on my garbage disposal in the future!

Jason knew exactly what he was dealing with from the moment he looked at our sink. Within 30 minutes, the drain was clear and water was flowing as if the pipes had just been installed in our home. M.D. Plumbing will be the first and only phone call we make if we ever need their services again in the future (hopefully not too soon though)!

I have had Presidential pluming out to my house 3 times now for different reasons. One they came out to detect a leak, two replace all of the toilets in my house, and now to change the garbage disposal and snake 2 sinks and 2 tubs and they are hands down 5 star service!! Joe in particular is very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just all around good dude you would want to have a beer with! Lastly all of the times I have called they have been out to service super fast and the communication leading up to and following is impeccable. If you are searching for a plumber look no more. I will not use another plumbing service, EVER!

Dave is great, knowledgeable and prompt. He has had to help us out twice with drainage issues due to tree roots and handled both experiences in a fast, efficient manner. I recommend calling him.

Company is a radically over priced., we called them out for a repair, they came and fixed it,$300 then called them back as the issue resumed. He charged another $300 to repair the repair all of 5 min in the building, had to call them back as the problem still exist, now they want $950 to install a new sink..., however not no more. The 1 star is for Customer service which is good then they screw you on the over pricing.
