Amazing service and professional plumber who didn’t give up and fixed the problem! Dustin is THE BEST! After a YEAR of hot water issues and many many many plumbers in and out of our house supposedly fixing the issue or just adding this or that in attempts to quickly fix it, Dustin listened to the entire story, assessed everything and spent literally 7 hours here until he finally fixed the issue. He wouldn’t give up. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am/ was impressed and am thankful to have finally found a qualified plumber!

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

Not impressed. Way over priced. Spent 20min trying to snake a drain that wasn’t resolved in the end. Charged nearly $500. Save your money, look elsewhere. There are companies willing to negotiate or finish the job. The best customer is a repeat customer. I learned my lesson.
