Nate and Bobby have been terrific with helping to update the wiring system and install new lighting throughout the house. Totally professional and knowledgeable with all the work they did. Highly recommend!

Their Plumbing Arm came out and replaced the water heater in our attic. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came in a good bit under what some of the other organizations in town were charging. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

Morgan came to see what electrical work we hoped to get done and to quote that work. She spent 3 1/2 hours looking over everything and being sure she had been thorough. She quoted all the work and did some official diagnosing of problems, consulting with others when necessary. I feel confident that if we contract to do the work, it will be done well. Morgan was delightful to work with, and incredibly professional.

I am on the board of directors for a nonprofit in Huntersville NC. We are building a Community Resource Center and depend totally on donations for support. We were in need of a plumber to install the disposal and kitchen faucet. I contacted Dan Mills at Accent to ask if he would help us. He said YES! He scheduled an appointment to send a plumber out quickly. The plumber arrived on time, completed the installation, was very professional and cleaned up after he was done. You can't ask for a better response time and support than Accent Comfort Services provided our organization. I would highly recommend!

AVOID PERFIX COMPANY. IT'S REALLY BAD, THE WORST. I'M SO DISAPPOINTING and upset how he stole my time and money. This is the kind of job PERFIX does. No ONLY he took 2 weeks when he said 1 week. He was coming to work 2 hours and leave. Now I'm calling and texting to come and fix what he didn't do correct and he does not answer. He did post few days ago the pic of my bathroom, now he erase them, well here is the truth of his job. My bathroom sink is licking everywhere, my shower is not mixing the right temperature. You can see the pictures of Mazin m elzayat kind of work. HE IS AN AMATEUR, UNPROFESSIONAL, HE HAS NOT WORK ETHICS.
