Our AC froze on arguably the hottest day of the year, which happened to be on a weekend too. The heat was getting to me (my hubs and the pups) and I worried that we would sweat through the weekend until normal business hours resumed. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. We left a voicemail and within minutes received a call from Emanuel D. who came out within the hour and diagnosed the situation. Emanuel was prompt and professional, providing us thorough explanations of the situation for our understanding. Emanuel could tell we needed a new damper, which he ordered that day.
