Very fast, quality service. The initial service fee was deducted from the final cost as promised. The plumber, Stephan, was very friendly and provided a list of items to purchase beforehand in order for me to save me money. After I acquired the items, he came out the very next morning. He actually did a good bit of work and installed 3 faucets, 1 sink, 3 intake valves, replaced a pipe, and stopped all the leaks. I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone needing immediate plumbing services.

Specialist was on time, was very professional did assessment, found the problem, repair the problem.. specialist was very polite and respectful.. he was very cooperative and he did a great job ... Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable about what had to be repaired or replaced..

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.

Most dependable and efficient plumber ever! Finally a service that I don’t need to worry about a worker smoking or taking advantage. Worth every dime! I recommend Jake to everyone.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

We are very happy with our unit that we had intalled 1 year ago as well as the service we've received from Morris Jenkins. Matt was great and explained everything he was going to do upon arrival. He also made sure he checked the concerns I had regarding dustand assured me that all was well after thoroughly checking the ducts and filter. He was prompt, friendly and professional. Great service and excellent technician.

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.

They were professional and responsive to my “urgent” need to stop a leak under my kitchen sink. Even before stepping into my home, Tyler kept me apprised of his ETA. Tyler diagnosed the problem, walked and talked me through what was causing the issues, and fixed the leak source. Tyler was aces! I will use this company for my future home and handy man needs.
