INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Jason came to our home today and a plumbing problem that we've been struggling with for MONTHS was fixed! He even let me record him fixing it so that we could adjust some things ourselves in the future. HIGHLY recommend. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and completely laid back.

You know those contractors that come to your home, and make you feel uncomfortable? Like they know everything? Are better than you? Are probably bamboozling you? And making you pay too much?

These guys felt like family. He could've been my brother or cousin with how he spoke so kindly. I felt like I could TRUST him. He even gave me some specific plumbing advice regarding our family status! The fact that we had children created its own slew of concerns another contractor wouldn't have considered telling us about! But this guy CARED enough to tell me everything!

The tech Larry at Rooter was amazing I was stressing over having hot water over the weekend and he made special calls just to get everything squared away so that I wouldn't have to go the weekend without very professional and did a great job I would recommend to anyone

I was able to get a same day appointment(actually within hours). They were quick and professional. My repairman, Stan, was fantastic. He was professional and knowledgeable. You could tell he was not giving a company line. Stan was trying to help and give his honest opinion. Stan gave advice on how to help going forward. Instead of trying to push more products and services, he advised how you can do things yourself or if we wanted what he could do to help.

They were professional, friendly, and reliable. I would definitely use them again, and refer them to others.

Called Roger Rooter and they answered phone and repaired my toilet same day. I had a broken closet flange on a slab foundation. Called some other plumbers before finding Rodger and they still haven't even returned my call. Job was too hard for them I guess. Highly recommend and rates are extremely fair.
