Roger did an amazing job for me. I had two repairs I needed and Roger responded to me right away after I contacted him. He came the next morning to look at my issues and actually did the repairs immediately. His pricing is very good and his work fixed my problems. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job of cleaning up after his work. I highly recommend Roger. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Highly recommend Roger Rooter plumbing. My water heater started leaking at 8 at night. We knew that we needed a new one. Called Roger Rooter after hours and he answered right away. He squeezed me in next morning and installed a new one. Both him and his wife were friendly, professional, and thorough. Our water heater started leaking. A half an hour after I called Roger he was on site identifying the problem. He and his company replaced the water heater and cleaned the entire area in quick time. In not wanting to do a big company business anymore, I found local plumbers “near me” via Google search.

I was lucky enough to select Roger Rooter Plumbing. Lucky for a few reasons:

When you don’t know an industry, but are very keenly aware of behaviors in presentation, it was easy to see that Roger has a very strong sense of pride in his work. Additionally, he looks at you in the eye and gives it to you straight without flinching.

Sometimes, you just know that you’re dealing with someone honest. And this was indeed one of those times.

He did a really good job with the projects that I needed done. No up selling or changes in the middle of work. Just about the business of making sure that what he committed to were done.

I wish that doing business with vendors and contractors was always as “good feeling” as this.

Bigger companies would’ve done me dirty. For that matter, in every experience that I’ve ever had, bigger companies have done me dirty.

Lesson learned!

Tying into this guy seals the deal on any plumbing issues moving forward. Y’all out there that are dealing with bigger companies should consider giving him a shot.

We have used Roger Rooter many times over the years in our community of 95 homes for many services, all with good results. The latest involved sewer cleanout backups usually caused by root infiltration. Roger comes as soon as he can, arrives when promised, does his work quickly and cleanly and bills fairly. Total professionalism. Recommend completely.

We have used Roger several times to do a variety of plumbing needs. This time he Installed a commode. Previously he has repaired leaks for us. He stays in communication with us to let us know when he will be here. He’s polite and does a great job.

This was the second time I’ve had Roger Rooter do work for my home. Just as before, he arrived quickly, did a thorough job, and his prices are very reasonable. Roger is fantastic. He’s replaced a hot water heater for me, my new sink when we did counter tops and came over almost instantly when we have a water scare a couple weeks ago. You won’t find better service than this guy.

They just left my house 30 minutes ago and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. I called several plumbing sources for quotes. Many declined to even quote based on the fact that my water heater is in the attic. Roger Rooter gave me a quote over the phone from my requirements, and honored that price when they arrived. They came out within 90 minutes of my call to begin work, and were done quickly. From the time I first called them, to the time they cleaned everything up was less than 5 hours. Now THAT'S fast service. Their work was efficient and professional, and they cleaned up afterward. I can't speak for the performance of the water heater, yet, obviously, but I don't expect any problems to arise and fully expect I will be recommending them without hesitation.
Follow-up: It's been over 6 months and the water heater is working GREAT!

I had my hot water heater break. I called Roger. He replied within 30 minutes. We sent him pictures of our hot water heater. Roger arrived with a new hot water heater and removed the old all within a few hours. We used the services of Roger Rooter today and both hubby and I were very pleased. He got to us quickly and completed the task in an hour and 45 minutes..
We had a leak from one of our toliets and they just wouldn't flush. Water just rose up but drained slowly. We found our issue...a tampon. The price was reasonable. I will use this service again and recommend it!!!

Roger was able to stop by to repair a broken/leaky shower pipe within 24 hours of us calling (he would have come sooner, but we were busy!), and he came on a Saturday! Very flexible, and when he came up he took his time, was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing, and everything he would need to do before doing it. Finally, after a small mess was made making the repair, Roger cleaned it all up himself and wouldn't let me help! We're back to a no-leak shower, and the cost of repair was more than reasonable (almost UN-reasonably good!). Highly recommend. Thanks again Roger!

Bought a garbage disposal from Lowe's and planned on installing it myself. About 3/4 of the way through, I realized it was going to require extra piping which I have no experience in doing. I googled around trying to find someone local who could handle the job quickly, thinking it was going to have to wait until Monday (the call was placed on a Sunday). Not only did Roger come out and handle it at 7:00PM on a Sunday, he did it efficiently and professionally. I can't recommend his services enough, A+++!

Roger was fantastic to work with. I had called around to a few different places with a TPR valve leak. I was being quoted nearly $800-1000 (Morris Jenkins) and knew there was no way in heck it should cost that much. Thankfully I found Roger. He gave me a legitimate quote and said he could knock it out in an hour. He didn’t disappoint. Anyone who asks me “you know a good plumber” you can bet I am name dropping Roger.

Always responsive to your call. Came same day and was able to fix our leak quickly and the area was cleaner when they left than it was before arrival. Absolutely hands down recommend them for their efficiency and knowledge.

Excellent work!!! I called Roger at 12:30pm, he was at my house by 1:30. He and his son replaced and installed a new water heater in my attic which they started around 2:15pm and the job was complete by 4:00pm. Now I have hot water again. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

We just had Roger and his son replace our 15 year old leaking (about to burst) Hot Water heater. We called him and he was here within an hour with a Rheem Professional Series water heater (not your Home Depot special). His price was very fair, workmanship was clean and professional. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family!

This guy is truly awesome. He's honest, charges fair prices, quick response time, and he's nice as well. I had a plumbing emergency happen on a Saturday afternoon and needed a gas water heater replaced ASAP. I have kids and the first day of the new school year was just 2 days away. I really did not want to start an incredibly hectic week without hot water.

He answered the phone within just a few rings. I was relieved to speak with him and not just leave a message. He arrived within 20 minutes, assessed the situation, gave me a decent estimate, and then went to get the water tank. He returned within 30 minutes and got to work. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I know a little bit about plumbing and I know he was being honest.

Wednesday when raining real hard for days I had fresh water stains on my kitchen ceiling and called a different large plumbing company the 1st time in Monroe. I was told the water was coming from the roof where the stacks are for venting. The tech's recommended I call a water restoration company out. The water restoration company came out and also was told I needed a roofer. I called the roofing company that replaced my roof 6 years ago and they sealed around all the stacks in the rain on Thursday.
This morning I woke up to a wet ceiling in my kitchen again after drying it out with a fan for days for the painter next week.
I wanted a professional 2nd opinion and called Roger Rooter Plumbing from Monroe NC. He came out within an hour of my call in the pouring rain and on Sunday! He went up in the attic with his son and found the hot water hoses were spewing water and steam was coming out of them, therefore soaking my ceiling in the kitchen. They even showed me what was going on in the attic with the hot water heater before fixing what needed to be done. Roger and son had everything needed to repair this by replacing the hoses with new ones and showed me what he did after. I was charged fairly and will only call Roger Rooter Plumbing from now on. Its hard to find a good company that knows what they are doing and Roger Rooter is a Master Plumber in my opinion and will be the only plumber I will call from now on. Called Roger Rooter and they answered phone and repaired my toilet same day. I had a broken closet flange on a slab foundation. About a third of the price of the big name companies that gave me quotes to repair a shower handle. They did it quickly and correctly.

AMAZING! We called Roger on a Friday night because our septic pipe was having an issue. He finished up dinner, drove out to Mint Hill (Midland side) and worked from 7pm-9:30pm. His rates are very reasonable. We still had issues Saturday morning with water backing up so I called him again, about 8am. Again, out he came. We took apart half our porch and dug out trenches with him only to discover our septic had been installed wrong! He recommended a great septic person. They came Sunday morning about 8am and pumped us out. Then out came Roger, AGAIN, to put in the new piping! He stayed 3.5 hours to make sure the job was done right.

I can't tell you how much it meant to us to have a non-septic smelling home! Roger came out every time we called, promptly. He told us if he was going to be delayed and worked straight through. No breaks. No dillydallying. Great sense of humor and easy to work with. Excellent work ethic, knowledge and personality.

We have some smaller things to have done such as replacing toilet inners (we always seem do it wrong), some faucet replacements, etc. I'll tell you what, I will be calling Roger again to come do that! Again...excellent! Can't wait to run my dishwasher and washing machine and shower!!!
