Shane notified me when he was on his way through text. Once here, he went to my shower to inspect the issue. I was thinking we had a water leak. After inspecting, Shane stated that he does not believe there was a leak. He said where the water spot on the drywall was located he believes the water was running along the shower wall seam and outside of the shower curtain. Shane recommended resealing the seams on our three piece shower sections. Which he scraped off three old sealant and resealed. Honest, professional, and great work is what I have to say. We will use and recommend Option One plumbing from here forward. Five stars!!!!

Super responsive and figured out the issue with our discolored water. Diyan was super friendly and professional. He also discovered a leak in our toilet that we were unaware of. These guys are wonderful!

Emergency situation needed and they showed up and got the job done!!

They showed up 7 hours past scheduled appointment time, damaged the outdoor spigot threading trying to remove it albeit telling us they couldn’t replace it because they did not have the parts on hand!
Replaced the wax ring on toilet, now it doesn’t flush completely nor did they turn the water back on to demonstrate the work they did solved the problem we initially called them for, at the high rate they charge per hour one of the guys was standing beside the van smoking!
Save your money and call someone qualified- I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAY LESS PLUMBING.

Plumbing connection made things easy by allowing me to text them to setup an appointment. The guy called prior to arriving and arrived on time! It took him about 10 minutes to find what he believes is the problem and fixed it! He also asked “are there any other issues you want me to check out while I am here?” Not many companies do that especially when I had my money ready to pay. I really appreciate their business and would recommend to everyone!
