They were professional and honest, they gave me a quote before doing anything to give me an idea of what I'll be looking at and were explaining every step for me to understand. They were quick about the repair and gave me referrals for the post-opt of fixing my ceiling.Queen City Plumbing quickly called back once I left a voicemail within the hour and were able to schedule me very fast in their schedule. I would highly recommend the company, people and the service they provide!

I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

Did not go over how to drain it...does not seem like hose will go on because of the way water heater was placed.....I really wanted my old water heater removed....but he seem liked he really did not want to do it ....so it was drained..and left in attic...so eventually...I will have to find a way to get it out myself.....
