Best Repair Job in Charlotte NC

After trying every home remedy that I know, I was referred by James Brown A/C and Heating to call Mr. Rooter. Technician Chris (Great young man) came out within two days of my call. He worked extensively to solve my problem (CLOG) and thought what he had done worked. Upon finding out in two days it hadn't, I called back and Matthew and Ryan show up on Sunday morning. I can't say enough good things about these two young men and their determination to fix my problem. (Brought in a bigger machine!) But their customer service and compassion for understanding my situation was so refreshing! They totally went above and beyond the call of duty to solve my problem. I will highly recommend Mr Rooter to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much for caring about your customers!

We had our Water Heater Replaced. We got same day service.
Matthew was on time, Courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us all our options with out trying to up sale us. We would highly recommend D.R.Jordan.

Terry did a great job replacing the cartridge in my shower. Explained everything very well as he performed the job. He also took the time to look at my water heater that is getting very old and explained the options and pricing. Terry was prompt , courteous and professional. I can't say enough about South End Plumbing. Our shower handle broke at 11pm and we weren't able to shut it off. Called a different plumber that promised to arrive by 4am. They called at 3am saying they could not locate a plumber ugh. Called South End and Bobby arrived within the hour! He did amazing work, was honest and trustworthy and felt like one of the family. South End will be our go to for plumbing from now on.

Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs

Hired Dean to perform some indoor renovation work. Agreed on payment of 50% to start the work and the remaining after completion. However just at the beginning of the project (not even finished the demolishing work), Dean requested full amount to be paid to proceed the work. After I insisted that the remaining 50% to be paid after completion just as initial agreement signed, Dean pulled plug of the work. The amount of the work he completed doesnt even worth 10% of the project total cost. Pretty much lost my 50% of initial deposit. Be careful of this company.
