Scheduling the appointment couldn’t have been easier, called the main line and received a person immediately who provided an email confirmation almost instantly and Dennis arrived within the hour. He was very helpful and knowledgeable - was able to advise on the issue and provide pricing, he had it all fixed in about 15 minutes. Terribly easy and overall great customer experience.

I highly recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing if you are looking for a professional, honest, reliable plumbing company. We had a gas leak under the house and initially had a highly rated plumbing company come to locate the leak. Instead of locating the leak, this other company went under the house and quickly quoted a repair cost of $5,000, saying that the entire piping system was corroded and would need to be replaced. We said, No thank you!

We connected with Pipe Surgeon Plumbing and were VERY happy with the service we received. Jake, the owner, evaluated the leak and repaired it quickly by removing unused gas lines and properly capping the line to stop the leak. The corrosion noted by the initial plumbing company was simply surface rust and wasn't causing a problem. For less than 1/10th the price of the original quote, Pipe Surgeon Plumbing completed the job and took the time to answer all our questions. I cannot say enough about Chad and the team at MD Plumbing! Fantastic work and very professional. I had a long drawn out process with a slab leak under my frontporch next to foundation going on for 5 months. Chad was very responsive in guiding me through it with trial/error until we got it figured out. Cole and Curtis who did the work were great as well as they stayed for over 4hrs, chipping away brick, and repairing the pipe. I had an issue with our septic pump and King Plumbing was able to come out sooner than expected which was phenomenal. We didn’t end up purchasing any services from Accent but I felt, in my personal obligation to give a shout out to Kirk due to his outstanding customer service. His willingness to present a Fair, cost effective and reasonable product was truly refreshing. During our conversations I felt like Kirk truly understood my situation and was going out of his way not only to get me a package that I needed, but at the best possible price - well beyond what he could easily say is the “take it or leave it” price. I felt he was 100% genuine and honest about what packages were available and what were best for my situation.
