Had All Hours Plumbing out today to install a toilet, 2 hose bibs, and a new pressure reducing valve under the house. Johnny was great, on time, and pleasant to work with. I was texted, emailed and called every step of the way. Their prices were realistic and I was serviced next day. Highly recommend. They will be my plumber going forward.

Update:I've adjusted my previous rating because the owner read my post and called me to apologize and is refunding the entire costs of what I paid as an act of good faith and integrity. He believes that the error is likely the result of the technician being new and unsure if he/they could make the repairs without removing the tub. He called this a failure on their part and was very apologetic as this is not reflective of the service they normally provide and refunded me everything I paid. I was not posting this for any compensation so I am very appreciative of their dedication to make this right and for that I believe they are a reputable company worthy of the 5 stars previously earned.Previous Post:I do not know how this company got 5 stars--I would not recommend them to anyone. We had water leaking through the ceiling after my husband took a shower so I called ER plumbing (because of their google review rating). I had to work in the office so I wasn't home when the plumber came (my 19 year old was). I spoke with the plumber over the phone and gave him permission to cut the ceiling open and to cut a hole in my closet (near the bathroom). The plumber identified the leak but said they would have to remove my garden tub in order to access and fix it. He said he would cap the lines to stop the leaking then send me a quote the next day on what it would cost yo remove the tub and repair the line. He said the work he did would be $235 so I expected to be billed $335 (235 + the dispatch fee) they charged me $498 so I had to call and speak to the service manager. They adjust my bill and sent me the estimate for the repair---the estimate showed a cost of $789 which seemed like an extremely good deal until I expanded the part that was hidden from the normal view and saw the fine print that said it would cost another $1000 to remove the tub AND they are not responsible for any tiles that get broken in the process. I don't know why the tub removal cost wasn't included in the quote since the plumber said it had to be removed in order to be fixed! I also noticed that the plumber wrote that there was a lot of water damage and a restoration company would be needed but that was not true. I've had water damage that required a restoration company before and this was not the same! I decided to call another company (Southend plumbing) and their plumber Larry came out FOR FREE but he couldn't determine what the issue was since The ER plumber capped the lines. Southend plumbing had to remove the capped line by replacing it with a shutoff valve in order to determine where the leak was. Turns out that I did NOT need to have the tub removed. Larry from Southend plumbing was able to repair the line the same day through the same hole ER plumbing cut, and it only costs $600. I wish I had gone with them from the beginning. ER plumbing is over priced and looking for potential insurance claims so they can inflate the issue and charge more money. Stay away from this company!!!!

I had contacted Michael and son at around 12pm to install a wall outlet for a TV I was mounting. I received a confirmation call within 15 minutes and a technician was at my front door within 30 minutes. The installation was quick, easy and up front. The technician was very friendly and thorough and explained everything, he completed the install and cleaned up after himself. I ended up signing up for the home care program as well after it was explained to me. I highly recommend Michael and son. 10/10 will use again in the future.

Highly recommend! They are very professional and do an exceptional job. They replaced our broken toilet and fixed our very clogged kitchen sink. We would definitely have them come out to fix any other plumbing issues in the future!

Josh Opyrchal. Came on initial call and provided excellent info in reference to existing Tankless issue. Made recommendations for change to new unit. Made decision to go to a Navien 240a outdoor configuration. In less than 24hrs he completed install and as a customer I'm very pleased with his ability and professionalism. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

I bought 2 A/C units and had my heating system replaced as well. Accent was helpful at first, but that quickly declined during the two month saga of installing my heating and cooling system. They required 8 trips to my house which made me use 7 days vacation.

Day 1. Installed some of the system, but couldn't finish because they brought the wrong units.
Day 2. Finished 75% of the work. A/C units working. Roofer not available to install heating
Day 3. A/C unit no longer working, technician sent to find root cause.
Day 4. Fix problem with A/C. Again roofer cancels
Day 5. System Completed.
Day 6. Inspector scheduled for visit - NO SHOW
Day 7. Inspector shows up, states the gas was never turned on.
Trip 8 (after work). Technician turns gas on and tests the systems. System Complete...for now.

I would recommend holding the payments until the system is fully inspected and functioning properly. Also make sure you have a plethora of vacation days since they only come during weekdays. If you factor in the 7 days i needed to stay home (@30/hour) that is an additional $1680 spent.
