If you read no other review, read this one!!! There is no way, we would have accomplished our remodel in time and with this level of quality without Rodney B!! Rodney B has that unique level of ensuring everything he completes is just as if he is doing the work in his own home ... add that he has what we call 'Rodney OCD' which we appreciate because he shows he cares! It is equally great to see how much his new partner Lauren cares ... she takes the time to prep one job while Rodney finishes another! Thank you, Rodney!!

Matthew is a very hard-working plumber with lots of experience, very kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor. If there was a 6 star option I definitely would’ve given it to him.

They arrived on time and was very respectful. They sold me what I needed and not once they try to sell me up. They didn’t pull any nonsense like “ you need to start it up GENTLY”. They installed the furnace and the compressor and did not damage anything in my house nor back yard. I initially spoke to a gentleman named Jeff and he was super professional. He went over some options and his recommendations but never pressured me. He went over the process and I have to admit he under promised and over delivered. I had four different companies come out the house for estimates and Jeff made me feel like I was doing business with him and not a company that is in it for the dollar. I’m super happy with him and the installers. Thank you.

Joshua Wall was an incredibly professional and very knowledgeable technician. Came out for a routine drain cleaning but went through a thorough safety inspection and kept me well informed along the way. Would highly recommend his and Morris Jenkins service in general. A+

As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.
