Timely response and excellent service

I called Roby Electric out on a Sunday and they responded in 1/2 hour fixing the electrical problem in less than an hour. The electrician who responded was both knowledgeable and efficient. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem and cleaned up after himself. I was beyond impressed with the service and price.

Plumber Robert Allen was a breath of fresh air. He assured my parents he would not leave until he was a absolutely sure the issue was fixed. I would use him and the company again!

Used K1 home services. Got appointment for the same day. Chris called me a couple of times to keep me updated. Arrived on time and got to work quickly to fix water heater pilot lamp, which kept going off. The issue was a bad thermocouple, which is a copper wire that conducts some electricity to keep the pilot lamp alight. Fixed it in 30 minutes. Reasonable cost. Overall pleased with quick service.
