Best Drain Solutions in Charlotte NC

Called them about a clogged shower drain. They would not give me an estimate of how much it would cost. Looking back That should have been a red flag. Said they they would send someone out to assess the repair and that person would give cost. The trip charge $39 would be applied to the cost of work. So they came promptly and said it would cost $297. I declined their service but of course had to pay the trip charge.

This company is very professional and courteous. Ethan came to fix an issue with my AC control board. He was amazing, the office staff kept me informed about my service and parts status. When I call Michael & Sons, I never have any doubt that they will solve my problem.

I have worked with this company on hundreds of remodeling projects the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about them. They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. Derek, Danielle, and their team are all wonderful!

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.

Helms installed a new washing machine drain. The old drain was not large enough for our new washing machine. Helms was responsive and professional and quickly installed the new pipe.

This guy was fantastic. RJ was on time in fact, he was early. He has a great personality we have never had out of the 12 years we've lived in this house, anybody is nice and reasonable price wise as RJ. You definitely should give him a raise now!
