They were willing to answer any questions we had and gave explanations that we could understand. They were on time and kept our property in great shape as they did our project. Jim from Michael & Son stopped by today to provide us with an estimate on new AC units. Jim was on time, extremely friendly, thorough and efficient. He took the time to carefully go over everything with my husband and I and explained all of our options very well. Not once did we feel like we were being pressured or oversold. We want to thank Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning g and their helpful service technicianTony for fixing our faulty gas valve so quickly. The person who answered our call who identified themselves as Tony, was right on time. Tony treated our home with respect, kept us updated on what he was doing and why, worked diligently, and cleaned up after himself. It was necessary to cut into the wall to access the valve. They consistently deliver. They stand behind their work, and unlike with a fly-by-night company, you won't have to chase them down for follow-ups forever. They always makes an effort to get the job done properly the first time.

I have had to have 2 plumbing jobs done in the past couple weeks and these guys are amazing! First was a VERY clogged kitchen sink and some incorrect plumbing parts from the houses previous owner. 30 min and it was all set and good to go.

The second was having a water monitoring system put on the houses main water supply. I ordered the Moen Flo and they came out and gave me an estimate and had it installed in less than an hour!

Called Drew with King plumbing for toilet replacement. Called back same day and after sending some pictures got an estimate and install date. Arrived promptly and performed all services better than expected.

Outstanding service and quality work is what you will get if you hire this plumbing service!!!! He has been to my home twice in the past few weeks,
working in and under the house, installing needed plumbing upgrades.
He is easy to schedule (my needs were not emergencies) and he shows up when he tells you he will. I was very glad to find an excellent plumber who does residential work. I have lost several good plumbers to construction work, but I really feel I was upgraded when he showed up to work at my house!!!!!

My home warranty CHOICE sent this company out. Both technicians that came out were courteous and professional. Robbie came on the initial visit. Kelly came on the next visit to actually complete the job. Kelly was informative and friendly. He did an excellent job completing the task as well as his clean up afterwards.

Not to be dramatic, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Made our leak worse and subsequently fumbled the billing and customer service process. They do not provide premium quality service for the premium prices they charge.
