I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

Didn’t show up for their scheduled appointment. I spoke with them (apparently the owner) directly and he couldn’t have cared less. Now I’m stuck with a leak and having trouble finding someone to help before the weekend. Thank you Advanced Plumbing.
