He was very friendly, arrived when he said he would, provided a thorough assessment of the plumbing issues at our house, and offered all options and pricing up front so I knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem. Jeff was very knowledgeable and offered advice for future issues that may exist with our bathrooms. He showed me exactly what was done to fix our running toilets and told us he would be willing to come back anytime if the problem persists. We noticed our hot water heater was no longer working and in a day they came out and replaced it. We have an immune compromised daughter and they were respectful and wore masks at all times, answered all our questions and kept us informed at every step. Will not hesitate to use them again. Keith came on New Year's Day when we had lots of dishes from the evening before and a stopped up sink. He cleaned out the clog, explained how this was probably an accumulation of gook over time and told us to use an enzyme cleaner for regular maintenance to prevent future clogs. Thanks, Keith!

RB Hauchum was phenomenal! He came on time for the consultation and provided a thorough explanation and quote.
