I was referred Carolina Plumbing through my home warranty and I couldn't be happier we got connected--Scott was amazing! As a new homeowner, it's stressful enough to have things go wrong but also having to worry about finding a reliable, trustworthy plumber. Scott was very friendly, always accessible and quick to respond, explained everything clearly and went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations, spending numerous unbilled hours to make sure the problem was completely resolved and doing a thorough inspection to ensure no other systems were impacted. He also helped me hold another vendor accountable that did cleanup after I had a sewage leak and ensured they come back and completed the job when they cut corners. Scott of course didn't have to do any of this but he genuinely cared about me and wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of. I never thought I'd so much praise for a plumber but as a working professional, I can respect when someone truly does their job and takes pride in their work. Scott did that and then some. I will never be using another plumber as long as I live in the Charlotte area! Keep it up Scott!!!

Micheal, Trever, Adam and Vinny did an excellent job repiping the entire house for us. They were very respectful of our home, kept everything very clean, and stayed late so we could have water that night. Highly recommend!

Natural gas grill was not working due to gas supply. Mr David came, spotted the problem quickly, placed a new gas regulator and job done. Service is cheaper and quick. David is experienced, professional and an asset for the company.

We've had a good experience with Zoom Drain. They arrived on time, laid out pricing upfront and explained their work once complete. When my wife thought we may be having the same issue ~10 days later, she called and they had someone out same day (on a Sunday no less) for free to check it all out. I don't know prices for these types of services, but this seemed a bit expensive - at first. The fact they honor a warranty and came out immediately takes any trepidation of the money spent away in my mind.

We've used them twice, never a problem with service, nor pricing. Would use them again.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I've now used Roby on two different houses after going through multiple different electricians on various projects - all I can say is there is no one else that I would call now. Everyone I have worked with there has been prompt in responding, quick to turnaround quotes, get work scheduled, and most importantly, get it right the first time. Great work and look forward to the next project with them.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

We had a leak that no one could find. Two plumbers came and went, scratching their heads. These folks came, found the leak and were able to fix it. They were pleasant to deal with and I'm sure they saved me more than the water bill I would have gotten without them. Great people and great work.
