All around good experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing - Charlotte. I had a new hot water heater installed. Very easy to work with and painless.I had another technician, Kim, come out for some follow up work and was extremely professional and helpful.

We bought a house, and it had some piping issues. We called and Chris Jones came out the very next day. He completely fixed all of our issues and was the best that anyone could have asked for. Our driveway storm drain was backing up and flooding our garage. Roto-Rooter was able to clear the pipe. However, this was the third time we scheduled the service. The first day we waited and were called 30 minutes before the window of time was up and told that no one could come. Rescheduled for the next day. Never got a call, window of time passed, and we called only to be told a commercial property had taken priority over us. Rescheduled again 2 days later and we flooded again before then. So, the job was done, but we had considerable damage in the meantime while waiting for service. Also, 30 minutes of service was extremely expensive.

I had D.R. Jordan out to service my tankless water heater and diagnose a problem with a kitchen faucet. Reid is honest, professional and personable, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. He will give you a straight answer and helpful suggestions. I would recommend him for any plumbing repair, issue or service.

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

They also performed solar hot water system repair. The technician was knowledgeable and did good work. The communication with the administration end of it was a bit confusing and in the end I had to ask for the receipts for the payments made.

They arrived promptly. The main water line to my house burst, so now there's no running water. They were very expert and provided me with several viable options along with detailed explanations of the benefits and drawbacks of each. They completed the job quickly, and I would hire Expart Charlotte again.

We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard. To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded. I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours. Finally, I found Payless Plumber. They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes. He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do. And all for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.
