They show up on time, work efficiently, and are the nicest, most knowledgeable men of their craft. Dajzan Hunter did a great job first by looking at all the different angles before installing our new water line for our refrigerator/ freezer / ice maker located on our screened in porch. He took the time, he took the ownership of this installation. He is outstanding and I highly recommend him through anyone who has any plumbing needs. If I ever need anything again in this field, I pray Dajzan Hunter is the man who comes and takes care of it.

Brett is awesome! His crew installed a kitchen sink at my house recently. They are responsive, neat and professional and the prices are reasonable. I had a terrific experience with ER Plumbing. After getting stood up by another local Charlotte plumber - I called ER at 10:30pm last night - requesting a next day appointment. I was called promptly at 8:30am this morning. We scheduled an appointment for 11-1pm. I got a call back minutes later - asking to if we could do it earlier? Sweet. Mike E showed up approximately 10am - and had my issue fixed within 20 minutes. Super professional, very capable, and asked questions insuring everything was taken care of satisfactorily. Heck - he even left a $20 coupon for the next time we need plumbing services. We had an issue with the faucet in our downstairs master bathtub. The cold water side was hardly working at all. Called and spoke to Danny who was prompt to respond and got my faucet working in no time at all. Very professional and friendly and had us up and running on no time. Recommend Danny and his team to anyone needing any plumbing assistance.

We contacted Service Pro to get a quote for adding an outside gas line from the meter to the kitchen for our new gas range. They gave us a quote, which included adding a flex connector, installing the range and disposing of the old electric range, and was very reasonable in comparison to other providers (who did not include installation or disposal). We got on their schedule, they showed up on time, did a great job, had the permits pulled and arranged the county inspector' visit - no issues whatsoever. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend them!
